Homemade Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup chopped, White Onion
  • 0.25 cup Diced
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 100 g Spaghetti
  • 4 piece Sausage

Instructions

  1. Slice the sausage into half-inch pieces.
  2. Chop the white onion and dice any additional vegetables you have prepared.
  3. Fill a large pot with water, add a pinch of salt, and bring it to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente, usually about 10 minutes, then drain.
  4. While the spaghetti is cooking, heat a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced sausages and cook until they start to brown, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the chopped onions and diced vegetables to the pan with the sausage. Sauté until the onions are translucent and the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
  6. Season the sausage and vegetable mixture with salt and pepper, adjusting to taste.
  7. Combine the cooked spaghetti with the sausage and vegetable mixture. Toss everything together until the spaghetti is evenly coated with the seasoning.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs or cheese as desired.
