Ingredients
- 0.25 cup chopped, White Onion
- 0.25 cup Diced
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 100 g Spaghetti
- 4 piece Sausage
Instructions
- Slice the sausage into half-inch pieces.
- Chop the white onion and dice any additional vegetables you have prepared.
- Fill a large pot with water, add a pinch of salt, and bring it to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente, usually about 10 minutes, then drain.
- While the spaghetti is cooking, heat a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced sausages and cook until they start to brown, about 5 minutes.
- Add the chopped onions and diced vegetables to the pan with the sausage. Sauté until the onions are translucent and the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
- Season the sausage and vegetable mixture with salt and pepper, adjusting to taste.
- Combine the cooked spaghetti with the sausage and vegetable mixture. Toss everything together until the spaghetti is evenly coated with the seasoning.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs or cheese as desired.
