Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup chopped, White Onion
  • 0.25 cup Diced
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 100 g Spaghetti
  • 4 piece Sausage

Instructions

  1. Slice the sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add salt, and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Dice the white onion.
  4. In a pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the diced onion and sliced sausage until the onion is translucent and sausage is lightly browned, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan with the sausage and onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss everything together until well combined, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
