- 1 cup (72gm), Ice Berg Lettuce
- 1 large egg (50 g), Egg, Boiled
- 15 g All-Bran Regular
- 3 piece Crab Stick
- 90 g Tuna Fillet In Water
Instructions
- Begin by boiling the egg. Place the egg in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, lower the heat to a simmer and cook for 9 minutes for a hard-boiled egg. Remove from heat, cool in cold water, and then peel.
- Drain the tuna fillet from the can, ensuring to remove as much water as possible.
- Prepare the crab sticks by slicing them into bite-sized pieces.
- Wash the Ice Berg Lettuce thoroughly, then chop it into bite-sized pieces to form the salad base.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the boiled egg (sliced or chopped), crab stick pieces, drained tuna fillet, and Ice Berg Lettuce.
- Sprinkle the All-Bran Regular over the salad for an added crunchy texture.
