Herbed Beef Sukiyaki

Ingredients

  • 0.50 tsp(s) Salt
  • 1 cup chopped, White Onion
  • 1 tsp(s) Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, dried
  • 1 tsp Oil - Olive
  • 1 tsp Oil - Sesame
  • 1 tsp Spices, marjoram, dried
  • 1 tsp ground, Spices, pepper, black
  • 1 tsp leaves, Spices, oregano, dried
  • 20 g Garlic, raw
  • 400 g Lean Sirloin

Instructions

  1. Begin by thinly slicing the 400 grams of lean sirloin.
  2. Mince 20 grams of garlic and chop 1 cup of white onions.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced sirloin with minced garlic, chopped onions, 1 tsp of sesame seeds, 1 tsp of marjoram, 1 tsp of oregano, and 1 tsp of ground black pepper. Mix well to ensure the beef is evenly coated with the seasonings.
  4. Heat 1 tsp of sesame oil and 1 tsp of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  5. Once the oils are hot, add the beef mixture to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the beef is browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Season the sukiyaki with 0.5 tsp of salt during the last couple of minutes of cooking.
  7. Serve the Herbed Beef Sukiyaki hot, garnished with additional sesame seeds if desired.
