Ingredients
- 0.50 tsp(s) Salt
- 1 cup chopped, White Onion
- 1 tsp(s) Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, dried
- 1 tsp Oil - Olive
- 1 tsp Oil - Sesame
- 1 tsp Spices, marjoram, dried
- 1 tsp ground, Spices, pepper, black
- 1 tsp leaves, Spices, oregano, dried
- 20 g Garlic, raw
- 400 g Lean Sirloin
Instructions
- Begin by thinly slicing the 400 grams of lean sirloin.
- Mince 20 grams of garlic and chop 1 cup of white onions.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced sirloin with minced garlic, chopped onions, 1 tsp of sesame seeds, 1 tsp of marjoram, 1 tsp of oregano, and 1 tsp of ground black pepper. Mix well to ensure the beef is evenly coated with the seasonings.
- Heat 1 tsp of sesame oil and 1 tsp of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Once the oils are hot, add the beef mixture to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the beef is browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Season the sukiyaki with 0.5 tsp of salt during the last couple of minutes of cooking.
- Serve the Herbed Beef Sukiyaki hot, garnished with additional sesame seeds if desired.
