Healthyfied Wagyupsal

Ingredients

  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tbsp(s) Thyme, fresh
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic - Minced
  • 10.58 oz Japanese Wagyu Kobe Beef
  • 100 g خس
  • 100 g Kimchi
  • 180 g Sweet, Capsicum, Orange, Raw 100g
  • 236 g Tomatoes
  • 56 g Mushrooms, oyster, raw
  • 70 g Red

Instructions

  1. Wash the sweet capsicum, orange capsicum, red mushrooms, tomatoes, and lettuce under cold water. Pat them dry.
  2. Slice the sweet capsicum, orange capsicum, red mushrooms, and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mince the garlic finely.
  4. Chop the fresh thyme and rosemary.
  5. In a large bowl, mix the sliced vegetables, minced garlic, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, and salt. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
  6. Slice the Japanese Wagyu Kobe Beef into thin slices.
  7. Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated vegetables for about 5 minutes until they're slightly charred and tender, then remove and set aside.
  8. In the same pan, grill the Wagyu beef slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  9. Serve the grilled Wagyu beef alongside the grilled vegetables, fresh lettuce, and kimchi. Enjoy your Healthyfied Wagyupsal.
