Ingredients
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tbsp(s) Thyme, fresh
- 1 tbsp Rosemary, fresh
- 1 teaspoon Garlic - Minced
- 10.58 oz Japanese Wagyu Kobe Beef
- 100 g خس
- 100 g Kimchi
- 180 g Sweet, Capsicum, Orange, Raw 100g
- 236 g Tomatoes
- 56 g Mushrooms, oyster, raw
- 70 g Red
Instructions
- Wash the sweet capsicum, orange capsicum, red mushrooms, tomatoes, and lettuce under cold water. Pat them dry.
- Slice the sweet capsicum, orange capsicum, red mushrooms, and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- Mince the garlic finely.
- Chop the fresh thyme and rosemary.
- In a large bowl, mix the sliced vegetables, minced garlic, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, and salt. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Slice the Japanese Wagyu Kobe Beef into thin slices.
- Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated vegetables for about 5 minutes until they're slightly charred and tender, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, grill the Wagyu beef slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- Serve the grilled Wagyu beef alongside the grilled vegetables, fresh lettuce, and kimchi. Enjoy your Healthyfied Wagyupsal.
