Healthyfied Wagyu Kebab Sticks

Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup chopped, Cabbage, red, raw
  • 1 tsp(s) Rosemary, fresh
  • 1 tsp Thyme, fresh
  • 1 tsp ground, Basil, fresh
  • 255 g wagyu sirloin steak
  • 60 g Red
  • 80 g Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the 60.00 g of red bell peppers and the 80 grams of tomatoes.
  2. Chop 0.25 cup of raw red cabbage.
  3. Finely chop 1 tsp of fresh rosemary, 1 tsp of fresh thyme, and 1 tsp of fresh basil.
  4. Cube the 255.00 g wagyu sirloin steak into 1-inch pieces.
  5. Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat.
  6. Skewer the wagyu steak cubes alternatively with slices of red bell peppers and tomatoes.
  7. Sprinkle the skewers with the chopped red cabbage, rosemary, thyme, and basil for added flavor.
  8. Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the wagyu steak is cooked to your preferred doneness.
