- 80 g Tomatoes
Instructions
- Thinly slice the 60.00 g of red bell peppers and the 80 grams of tomatoes.
- Chop 0.25 cup of raw red cabbage.
- Finely chop 1 tsp of fresh rosemary, 1 tsp of fresh thyme, and 1 tsp of fresh basil.
- Cube the 255.00 g wagyu sirloin steak into 1-inch pieces.
- Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat.
- Skewer the wagyu steak cubes alternatively with slices of red bell peppers and tomatoes.
