Ingredients

  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 g Young Corn - Cut
  • 15 g Cheese, mozzarella, whole milk
  • 150 g Wagyu
  • 220 ml full cream milk
  • 30 g Garlic, raw
  • 300 g Cabbage, raw
  • 40 g Red Onion
  • 45 g Cheese - Parmesan, shredded
  • 70 g Red

Instructions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients: Cut the young corn, dice the red onion, shred the Parmesan cheese, slice the Wagyu beef into strips, mince the garlic, shred the mozzarella cheese, and chop the cabbage.
  2. In a large pot, sauté the garlic and red onion over medium heat until they're softened and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the Wagyu beef strips to the pot and cook until they're no longer pink, approximately 10 minutes.
  4. Pour in the full cream milk and bring the mixture to a simmer. Then, add the young corn and cabbage, cooking until the vegetables are tender, about 7 minutes.
  5. Season the sopas with salt to taste, then stir in the shredded Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until melted and well combined.
  6. Serve the Healthyfied Wagyu Cabbage Sopas hot, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
