Ingredients
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
- 100 g Young Corn - Cut
- 15 g Cheese, mozzarella, whole milk
- 150 g Wagyu
- 220 ml full cream milk
- 30 g Garlic, raw
- 300 g Cabbage, raw
- 40 g Red Onion
- 45 g Cheese - Parmesan, shredded
- 70 g Red
Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients: Cut the young corn, dice the red onion, shred the Parmesan cheese, slice the Wagyu beef into strips, mince the garlic, shred the mozzarella cheese, and chop the cabbage.
- In a large pot, sauté the garlic and red onion over medium heat until they're softened and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Add the Wagyu beef strips to the pot and cook until they're no longer pink, approximately 10 minutes.
- Pour in the full cream milk and bring the mixture to a simmer. Then, add the young corn and cabbage, cooking until the vegetables are tender, about 7 minutes.
- Season the sopas with salt to taste, then stir in the shredded Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until melted and well combined.
