- 2 cup chopped, Carrots, raw
- 2 cup chopped, Cabbage, raw
- 5 large Egg
Instructions
- Finely chop the raw cabbage and carrots.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy.
- Add the chopped cabbage, carrots, and tapioca flour to the beaten eggs. Stir until the ingredients are well combined.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour a portion of the mixture into the pan, spreading it to form a pancake shape. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
