Healthyfied Vegetable Pancake

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp(s) Tapioca Flour
  • 2 cup chopped, Carrots, raw
  • 2 cup chopped, Cabbage, raw
  • 5 large Egg

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the raw cabbage and carrots.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy.
  3. Add the chopped cabbage, carrots, and tapioca flour to the beaten eggs. Stir until the ingredients are well combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour a portion of the mixture into the pan, spreading it to form a pancake shape. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
