Ingredients
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 tsp ground, Pepper
- 0.55 g Firm Tofu
- 1 tbsp Coconut
- 15 g Fresh Green Chilli
- 2 tablespoon Coconut Amino
- 3 large Egg
- 30 g Red
- 30 g Garlic, raw
- 45 g Red Onion
- 50 g Leeks
Instructions
- Start by dicing the red onion, red bell pepper, and leeks. Mince the garlic and chop the fresh green chilli.
- In a non-stick skillet, crumble the firm tofu and cook over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes until browned. Set aside.
- Using the same skillet, add a bit of coconut oil and sauté garlic, onion, bell pepper, green chilli, and leeks until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Return the tofu to the skillet. Add coconut amino, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine all ingredients. Reduce heat to medium and let it cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- In a separate pan, fry the eggs to your liking.
- Serve the tofu sisig hot, topped with a fried egg on each serving. Enjoy your healthy meal!
