Ingredients

  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 tsp ground, Pepper
  • 0.55 g Firm Tofu
  • 1 tbsp Coconut
  • 15 g Fresh Green Chilli
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Amino
  • 3 large Egg
  • 30 g Red
  • 30 g Garlic, raw
  • 45 g Red Onion
  • 50 g Leeks

Instructions

  1. Start by dicing the red onion, red bell pepper, and leeks. Mince the garlic and chop the fresh green chilli.
  2. In a non-stick skillet, crumble the firm tofu and cook over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes until browned. Set aside.
  3. Using the same skillet, add a bit of coconut oil and sauté garlic, onion, bell pepper, green chilli, and leeks until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Return the tofu to the skillet. Add coconut amino, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine all ingredients. Reduce heat to medium and let it cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. In a separate pan, fry the eggs to your liking.
  6. Serve the tofu sisig hot, topped with a fried egg on each serving. Enjoy your healthy meal!
