Healthyfied Steamed Egg In Pork

Ingredients

  • 0.06 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.06 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 0.25 cup Pork Broth
  • 3 large Egg

Instructions

  1. Crack the 3 large eggs into a bowl.
  2. Add 0.25 cup of pork broth to the eggs.
  3. Season with 0.06 tsp of ground black pepper and 0.06 teaspoon of salt. Whisk everything together until well combined.
  4. Pour the egg mixture through a fine strainer into another bowl to ensure a smooth consistency.
  5. Cover the bowl with foil or a lid designed for steaming.
  6. Fill a steamer pot with water and bring to a boil. Place the bowl inside the steamer, reduce heat to a gentle simmer, and steam for about 12 minutes.
  7. After 12 minutes, check if the egg is set by gently shaking the bowl. If it wobbles slightly in the center, cover and steam for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  8. Carefully remove the bowl from the steamer and let it cool for a minute before serving.
