Healthyfied Steamed Boneless Bangus

Ingredients

  • 0.50 small Red Onion
  • 1 tsp(s) Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp ground, Pepper
  • 12 oz Boneless Milkfish Belly
  • 5 clove Garlic, raw
  • 8 tomatoes One Single Cherry Tomato

Instructions

  1. Rinse the Boneless Milkfish Belly under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Finely chop the Garlic and Red Onion, and slice the Tomatoes into small pieces.
  3. Season the Milkfish Belly with ground Pepper.
  4. Heat the Extra-Virgin Olive Oil in a steamer over medium heat.
  5. On the steamer tray, lay out the seasoned Milkfish Belly and top with the chopped Garlic, Onion, and Tomatoes.
  6. Cover and steam for about 15 minutes or until the Milkfish Belly is fully cooked.
