- 0.50 small Red Onion
- 1 tsp(s) Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp ground, Pepper
- 12 oz Boneless Milkfish Belly
- 5 clove Garlic, raw
- 8 tomatoes One Single Cherry Tomato
Instructions
- Rinse the Boneless Milkfish Belly under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Finely chop the Garlic and Red Onion, and slice the Tomatoes into small pieces.
- Season the Milkfish Belly with ground Pepper.
- Heat the Extra-Virgin Olive Oil in a steamer over medium heat.
- On the steamer tray, lay out the seasoned Milkfish Belly and top with the chopped Garlic, Onion, and Tomatoes.
- Cover and steam for about 15 minutes or until the Milkfish Belly is fully cooked.
