Healthyfied Soy Veggies

Ingredients

  • 0.50 medium Red onion
  • 1 packet Stevia In the Raw
  • 1 pat (1 inch sq, 1/2 inch high), Butter, unsalted
  • 1 tablespoon less sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ground, Black pepper
  • 100 g Broccoli
  • 100 g Cauliflower
  • 100 g Green cabbage
  • 15 g Red bell pepper
  • 30 g Carrots
  • 30 g Baby Corn
  • 5 clove , Garlic
  • 50 g French Beans Cooked

Instructions

  1. Slice the red bell pepper, chop the garlic and red onion, and cut the green cabbage, carrots, and baby corn into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Trim the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets and slice the French beans.
  3. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the chopped garlic and onion to the pan, and sauté for about 3 minutes, or until they start to soften.
  5. Add the broccoli, cauliflower, French beans, red bell pepper, green cabbage, carrots, and baby corn to the pan. Stir well to combine.
  6. Cook the vegetables for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender but still crisp.
  7. Sprinkle the stevia, ground black pepper, and soy sauce over the vegetables. Stir well to ensure the vegetables are evenly coated.
  8. Remove from heat and serve your Healthyfied Soy Veggies hot. Enjoy your high-fiber, healthified dish!
