Ingredients
- 0.50 medium Red onion
- 1 packet Stevia In the Raw
- 1 pat (1 inch sq, 1/2 inch high), Butter, unsalted
- 1 tablespoon less sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp ground, Black pepper
- 100 g Broccoli
- 100 g Cauliflower
- 100 g Green cabbage
- 15 g Red bell pepper
- 30 g Carrots
- 30 g Baby Corn
- 5 clove , Garlic
- 50 g French Beans Cooked
Instructions
- Slice the red bell pepper, chop the garlic and red onion, and cut the green cabbage, carrots, and baby corn into bite-sized pieces.
- Trim the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets and slice the French beans.
- In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the chopped garlic and onion to the pan, and sauté for about 3 minutes, or until they start to soften.
- Add the broccoli, cauliflower, French beans, red bell pepper, green cabbage, carrots, and baby corn to the pan. Stir well to combine.
- Cook the vegetables for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender but still crisp.
- Sprinkle the stevia, ground black pepper, and soy sauce over the vegetables. Stir well to ensure the vegetables are evenly coated.
