- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 0.75 cup cubed, Avocado
- 1 tsp(s) Parsley, fresh
- 100 g Mango
- 100 g Chicken Livers
- 200 g Eggplant, raw
- 5 g Garlic
- 5 g Red onion
- 50 g Fish, milkfish, raw
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Peel and cube the mango, slice the eggplant, finely chop the parsley, mince the garlic, and chop the red onion.
- Season the chicken livers and fish with salt.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the garlic and red onion until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add the seasoned chicken livers to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, approximately 5 minutes.
- Add the fish to the skillet and cook until it flakes easily with a fork, about 5 minutes.
- Include the sliced eggplant in the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Finally, add the cubed mango and avocado to the skillet. Stir gently to combine and heat through for about 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
