Ingredients

  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.75 cup cubed, Avocado
  • 1 tsp(s) Parsley, fresh
  • 100 g Mango
  • 100 g Chicken Livers
  • 200 g Eggplant, raw
  • 5 g Garlic
  • 5 g Red onion
  • 50 g Fish, milkfish, raw

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Peel and cube the mango, slice the eggplant, finely chop the parsley, mince the garlic, and chop the red onion.
  2. Season the chicken livers and fish with salt.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the garlic and red onion until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  4. Add the seasoned chicken livers to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, approximately 5 minutes.
  5. Add the fish to the skillet and cook until it flakes easily with a fork, about 5 minutes.
  6. Include the sliced eggplant in the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  7. Finally, add the cubed mango and avocado to the skillet. Stir gently to combine and heat through for about 2 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
