Ingredients

  • 0.06 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground, Black pepper
  • 250 g Pork Tenderloin
  • 5 g Green onions
  • 6 clove , Garlic

Instructions

  1. Start by slicing the pork tenderloin into thin strips.
  2. Finely mince the garlic and chop the green onions, setting them aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the salt and ground black pepper together.
  4. Season the pork tenderloin strips with the salt and pepper mixture, ensuring they're evenly coated.
  5. Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 2 minutes, until fragrant.
  7. Add the seasoned pork strips to the pan, and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and slightly golden on the outside, stirring occasionally.
