- 1 tsp ground, Black pepper
- 250 g Pork Tenderloin
- 5 g Green onions
- 6 clove , Garlic

- Finely mince the garlic and chop the green onions, setting them aside.
- In a bowl, mix the salt and ground black pepper together.
- Season the pork tenderloin strips with the salt and pepper mixture, ensuring they're evenly coated.
