Healthyfied Rice Alt - Buttered Carrot and Beans

Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup Blanched Green Beans
  • 1 tbsp(s) Butter - Unsalted
  • 120 g Carrots, raw

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Cut the carrots into small pieces and blanch the green beans.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  3. Add the carrots to the pan and cook until they start to soften.
  4. Add the blanched green beans to the pan with the carrots and cook for another 5 minutes until everything is heated through and slightly golden.
  5. Serve the buttered carrots and beans hot as a delightful side dish or a light main course.
