Healthyfied Red Cabbage Tamarind Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp (16g), Tamarind Puree
  • 2 cup chopped, Cabbage, red, raw
  • 2 tbsp , Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 g Organic Selenium Egg
  • 30 g Red

Instructions

  1. Chop the red cabbage into thin strips.
  2. Hard boil the eggs: place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. After boiling, transfer the eggs to a bowl of cold water to cool, then peel and slice.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the chopped red cabbage, sliced eggs, and tamarind puree. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
  5. Toss everything together until the salad is evenly coated with the tamarind puree and olive oil. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
