Ingredients
- 1 tbsp (16g), Tamarind Puree
- 2 cup chopped, Cabbage, red, raw
- 2 tbsp , Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 g Organic Selenium Egg
- 30 g Red
Instructions
- Chop the red cabbage into thin strips.
- Hard boil the eggs: place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- After boiling, transfer the eggs to a bowl of cold water to cool, then peel and slice.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped red cabbage, sliced eggs, and tamarind puree. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
- Toss everything together until the salad is evenly coated with the tamarind puree and olive oil. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
