Ingredients
- 0.25 tsp ground, Pepper
- 1 tbsp(s) Lemon juice, raw
- 125 g Cabbage, raw
- 135 g Yellow, Raw
- 256 g Garlic Marble Potatoes
- 270 g Carrots, raw
- 3 tbsp (15g), Mayonnaise
- 400 g Eggplant, raw
- 5 g Garlic, raw
Instructions
- Wash the Garlic Marble Potatoes, Carrots, Cabbage, Eggplant, and Yellow raw under cold water.
- Dice the Carrots, Cabbage, Eggplant, and Yellow raw, and mince the Garlic.
- Boil the Garlic Marble Potatoes in a pot of water until they are tender, about 15 minutes.
- In another pot, blanch the diced Carrots, Cabbage, and Eggplant for about 5 minutes, then drain.
- Combine the boiled potatoes, blanched vegetables, minced garlic in a large bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, ground pepper, and lemon juice to the bowl. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
