Ingredients

  • 1 large, White onion
  • 1 tsp, ground, Black pepper
  • 15 ml, Kikoman
  • 1000 gram(s), Pork Chop

Steps

  1. Thinly slice the White onion and set aside.
  2. Season the Pork Chop evenly with ground Black pepper on all sides.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Pork Chop until browned on both sides, about 7 minutes per side.
  4. Add the sliced White onion and 15 ml Kikoman to the skillet, reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for an additional 10 minutes, until the onions are soft and the pork chop is cooked through.
