Ingredients
- 0.50 tsp(s) Fish Sauce
- 1 cup , Garlic
- 1 large Onion
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Plain Salt
- 150 g Pumpkin, raw
- 2 l water
- 300 g Green cabbage
- 300 g Pork / Boston Butt, Raw (夾心肉, 生)
Instructions
- Rinse the Pork / Boston Butt under cold water.
- Chop the green cabbage and dice the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces.
- Mince the garlic and slice the onion.
- In a large pot, bring the 2 liters of water to a boil.
- Add the pork to the boiling water, reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 45 minutes or until the pork is tender.
- Incorporate the garlic, onion, green cabbage, and pumpkin into the pot. Season with fish sauce, salt, and black pepper.
- Continue to simmer for an additional 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Adjust the seasoning as needed, and serve hot.
