Healthyfied Pepper Chicken With Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 tsp ground, Black pepper
  • 10 g Butter, unsalted
  • 75 g Chicken breast, cooked, skinless

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mixed vegetables according to the package instructions (if frozen) or wash and chop fresh vegetables into small pieces.
  2. Cut the cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a pan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the prepared vegetables to the pan and sauté for about 5 minutes.
  5. Introduce the chicken pieces to the pan and sprinkle the ground black pepper over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well to combine.
  6. Cook the mixture for an additional 10 minutes, until the vegetables are soft and the chicken is heated through.
