Ingredients
- 0.25 cup Mixed Vegetables
- 1 tsp ground, Black pepper
- 10 g Butter, unsalted
- 75 g Chicken breast, cooked, skinless
Instructions
- Prepare the mixed vegetables according to the package instructions (if frozen) or wash and chop fresh vegetables into small pieces.
- Cut the cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- In a pan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
- Add the prepared vegetables to the pan and sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Introduce the chicken pieces to the pan and sprinkle the ground black pepper over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well to combine.
- Cook the mixture for an additional 10 minutes, until the vegetables are soft and the chicken is heated through.
