Ingredients
- 0.12 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground, Basil, dried
- 1 tsp ground, Black pepper
- 100 ml Water
- 30 g POD Plain Plant Pea Protein
- 4 g Lemon juice
- 40 g Olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: measure and set aside Olive oil, Salt, Garlic powder, Lemon juice, Water, POD Plain Plant Pea Protein, Black pepper, and dried Basil.
- In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients: Olive oil, Salt, Garlic powder, Lemon juice, Water, POD Plain Plant Pea Protein, Black pepper, and dried Basil.
- Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, adding more salt, lemon juice, or garlic powder according to your preference.
- Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and drizzle with a bit of olive oil, and optionally garnish with a sprinkle of black pepper and dried basil.
