Healthyfied omurice

Ingredients

  • 1 container (150 gs ea.), Shirataki Noodles
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 g (50g), Eggs
  • 34 g Keto Ketchup

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Shirataki Noodles by rinsing them under cold water and boiling for 2 minutes. Then, drain and set aside to dry.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
  3. Heat half a tablespoon of butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the eggs and cook for 2-3 minutes until the omelette is just set. Carefully fold the omelette in half and then slide it onto a plate.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and sauté the prepared Shirataki Noodles for about 5 minutes, or until they begin to slightly brown.
  5. Stir in the Keto Ketchup with the noodles, mixing well to ensure the noodles are evenly coated. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Place the noodle mixture on the plate and gently fold the omelette over the top. Serve immediately for a warm, comforting meal.
