Healthyfied No Mayo Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 tsp ground, Pepper
  • 10 g Sliced Black Olives
  • 100 g Greek live yogurt
  • 130 g Red
  • 2 (3.5g), Coconut Sugar (Low Gi)
  • 3 cup chopped, Cabbage, raw
  • 3 tbsp(s) Lemon juice, raw

Instructions

  1. Prepare your vegetables: Chop the cabbage and dice the red pepper. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Greek live yogurt, salt, lemon juice, ground pepper, and coconut sugar. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add the chopped cabbage, diced red pepper, and sliced black olives to the bowl with the dressing. Toss until the vegetables are evenly coated.
  4. Let the coleslaw sit for at least 30 minutes in the fridge to allow the flavors to meld.
