Ingredients
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 tsp(s) Spices, cumin seed
- 0.25 tsp ground, Pepper
- 0.50 tsp Ground Dried Oregano
- 1 kg Cauliflower - Raw
- 1 tsp Spices, marjoram, dried
- 1 tsp Spices, paprika
- 15 g Fresh
- 3 tablespoon Parmesan
- 30 g Butter - Unsalted
- 30 g Red Onion
- 45 g Red Capsicum
- 500 g Lean Beef
Instructions
- Rinse the cauliflower under cold water and chop it into small pieces.
- Dice the red capsicum and red onion.
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the cauliflower until it starts to soften, about 5 minutes.
- Add the lean beef to the pan, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in the spices (marjoram, oregano, paprika, cumin), salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to blend the flavors.
- Add the diced capsicum and red onion to the pan. Cook until they are soft, about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the burrito mix and stir until melted and well combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
