Healthyfied Mexican Ground Beef

Ingredients

  • 0.12 tsp Spanish Paprika
  • 0.12 tsp whole, Spices, cumin seed
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 tsp ground, Pepper
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Spices, ginger, ground
  • 1 tsp Spices, marjoram, dried
  • 21 g Garlic, raw
  • 300 g Ground Beef
  • 60 g Red
  • 65 g Red Onion
  • 79 g Capsicum Green

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Peel and mince the garlic, dice the capsicum green and red peppers, and finely chop the red onion.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, ground pepper, cumin, Spanish paprika, dried marjoram, oregano, and ground ginger. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the minced garlic and chopped onions, sautéing until they are soft and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the seasoned ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking the meat apart with a spatula, until it is browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Stir in the diced capsicum green and red peppers. Continue cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
