Healthyfied Mango Veggie wrap

Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup Cucumber
  • 0.25 cup pieces, Mango
  • 1 tbsp Labneh
  • 1 tortilla Tortilla Wrap
  • 1 tsp chopped, Red onion
  • 100 g Lettuce
  • 2 tsp(s) Cheese - Parmesan, grated

Instructions

  1. Rinse the cucumber under cold water, then slice into thin pieces.
  2. Chop the lettuce into bite-size pieces.
  3. Cut the mango into small, bite-size pieces.
  4. Finely chop the red onion.
  5. Lay the tortilla wrap flat on a clean surface.
  6. Spread the labneh over the tortilla.
  7. Arrange the lettuce, cucumber slices, mango pieces, and red onion on the tortilla.
  8. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the vegetables.
  9. Carefully roll up the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
  10. Cut the wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
