Ingredients
- 0.25 cup Cucumber
- 0.25 cup pieces, Mango
- 1 tbsp Labneh
- 1 tortilla Tortilla Wrap
- 1 tsp chopped, Red onion
- 100 g Lettuce
- 2 tsp(s) Cheese - Parmesan, grated
Instructions
- Rinse the cucumber under cold water, then slice into thin pieces.
- Chop the lettuce into bite-size pieces.
- Cut the mango into small, bite-size pieces.
- Finely chop the red onion.
- Lay the tortilla wrap flat on a clean surface.
- Spread the labneh over the tortilla.
- Arrange the lettuce, cucumber slices, mango pieces, and red onion on the tortilla.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the vegetables.
- Carefully roll up the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
- Cut the wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
