Healthyfied Lemon Orange Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 0.12 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.50 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 fruit Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Orange Sauce
  • 1 tsp Granulated Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp ground, Dried Thyme
  • 2 sachets Stevia Sweet - Sachets
  • 35 g Butter, unsalted
  • 600 g Chicken Thigh Fillet - Boneless With Skin

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by patting the chicken thigh fillets dry with a paper towel.
  3. Season the chicken thighs on both sides with the ground black pepper, salt, granulated garlic, and dried thyme.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the orange sauce, juice from 1 lemon, cornstarch, and stevia sachets until well combined.
  5. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken thighs, skin-side down, and sear until golden brown, about 5 minutes each side.
  6. Once the chicken thighs are browned, transfer them to a baking dish and pour the lemon-orange sauce mixture over the chicken.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens, about 25-30 minutes.
  8. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. The resting time allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring your chicken is juicy and flavorful.
