Ingredients
- 0.12 teaspoon Salt
- 0.50 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 fruit Lemon
- 1 tbsp Orange Sauce
- 1 tsp Granulated Garlic
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp ground, Dried Thyme
- 2 sachets Stevia Sweet - Sachets
- 35 g Butter, unsalted
- 600 g Chicken Thigh Fillet - Boneless With Skin
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the chicken by patting the chicken thigh fillets dry with a paper towel.
- Season the chicken thighs on both sides with the ground black pepper, salt, granulated garlic, and dried thyme.
- In a small bowl, mix the orange sauce, juice from 1 lemon, cornstarch, and stevia sachets until well combined.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken thighs, skin-side down, and sear until golden brown, about 5 minutes each side.
- Once the chicken thighs are browned, transfer them to a baking dish and pour the lemon-orange sauce mixture over the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens, about 25-30 minutes.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. The resting time allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring your chicken is juicy and flavorful.
