Ingredients
- 0.50 fluid ounce, Gochujang
- 0.50 l Bellpepper
- 1 cup (89 grams), Green Cabbage
- 1 medium Red onion
- 1 tbsp Ginger, raw
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 12 clove , Garlic
- 120 g Kimchi
- 250 g Sukiyaki beef
- 3 oz Noodles
- 4 tbsp Bone Marrow
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Thinly slice the Sukiyaki beef, chop the green cabbage, dice the bell pepper, mince the red onion and garlic, and grate the ginger.
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a pan, melt the bone marrow over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic, ginger, and diced red onion to the pan and sauté for about 5 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage and diced bell pepper, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Add the thinly sliced Sukiyaki beef to the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Mix in the kimchi, gochujang, and ground black pepper, and continue to cook for 5 minutes, allowing the flavours to meld together.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan, stirring well to ensure they are fully integrated and heated through, about 2 minutes.
- Serve the ramen hot, garnished with additional kimchi if desired.
