Healthyfied Instant Salad

Ingredients

  • 124 g Adobo
  • 15 g Sweet Potato
  • 15 g خس
  • 3 tbsp(s) Salad Topper
  • 30 g Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Rinse the lettuce under cold water and let it dry.
  2. Dice the tomatoes into small pieces.
  3. Peel the sweet potato, dice it into cubes, and steam until tender, approximately 15 minutes.
  4. In a large salad bowl, combine the rinsed lettuce, diced tomatoes, steamed sweet potato cubes, salad topper of your choice, and adobo.
  5. Toss all the ingredients until they are evenly mixed and coated in the adobo for flavor, approximately 2 minutes.
