Ingredients
- 0.25 cup Tomato Purée
- 0.25 tsp(s) Salt
- 0.25 tsp ground (2.3 g), Black Pepper - Ground
- 120 g Red
- 3 teaspoon Sweet Pickle Chips
- 380 g Ground Beef
- 6 clove Garlic, raw
- 83 g Red Onion
Instructions
- Prepare all the vegetables first: mince the 6 cloves of garlic and dice the 83 grams of red onion and 120 grams of red bell pepper.
- In a large pan, brown the 380 grams of ground beef over medium heat for about 8 minutes or until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add the minced garlic and diced onion to the pan with beef. Cook for another 3 minutes or until the onion is translucent.
- Introduce the 0.25 cup of tomato purée along with the diced red bell pepper to the pan. Stir well to combine.
- Chop the 3 teaspoons of sweet pickle chips and add them to the pan. Season with 0.25 tsp of salt and 0.25 tsp of ground black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Let the mixture simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to meld the flavors together.
