Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup Tomato Purée
  • 0.25 tsp(s) Salt
  • 0.25 tsp ground (2.3 g), Black Pepper - Ground
  • 120 g Red
  • 3 teaspoon Sweet Pickle Chips
  • 380 g Ground Beef
  • 6 clove Garlic, raw
  • 83 g Red Onion

Instructions

  1. Prepare all the vegetables first: mince the 6 cloves of garlic and dice the 83 grams of red onion and 120 grams of red bell pepper.
  2. In a large pan, brown the 380 grams of ground beef over medium heat for about 8 minutes or until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Add the minced garlic and diced onion to the pan with beef. Cook for another 3 minutes or until the onion is translucent.
  4. Introduce the 0.25 cup of tomato purée along with the diced red bell pepper to the pan. Stir well to combine.
  5. Chop the 3 teaspoons of sweet pickle chips and add them to the pan. Season with 0.25 tsp of salt and 0.25 tsp of ground black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
  6. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to meld the flavors together.
