Ingredients
- 0.25 tsp Oregano
- 0.25 tsp Thyme, fresh
- 0.25 tsp ground, Pepper
- 100 g Mushrooms, enoki, raw
- 180 g Fresh String Beans
- 2 tablespoon Coconut Amino
Instructions
- Trim the ends of the Fresh String Beans and cut into desired lengths.
- Clean the Mushrooms, enoki, raw by gently brushing off any dirt and trim the ends.
- In a large pan, bring water to a boil and blanch the string beans for 2 minutes, then quickly transfer them to an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the Coconut Amino, cooking for 1 minute to reduce slightly.
- Add the blanched string beans and enoki mushrooms to the skillet. Season with ground Pepper, Thyme, fresh, and Oregano. Cook, stirring frequently, until the mushrooms are tender and the beans are glazed, about 5 minutes.
- Serve the glazed string bean and mushroom warm, garnished with additional fresh herbs if desired.
