Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup (90g), Coconut Cream
  • 0.75 cup/85 g (uncooked), Kabocha Squash
  • 2 cooked slices, Uncured Bacon
  • 25 g Ham
  • 50 g Green String Beans

Instructions

  1. Wash the green string beans thoroughly and cut them into 2-inch pieces.
  2. Dice the ham into small cubes.
  3. Peel the kabocha squash and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a pan, sauté the diced ham until it's lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the kabocha squash to the pan, cover, and let it cook until it starts to soften, about 15 minutes.
  6. Pour the coconut cream into the pan, mixing well with the ham and squash. Allow to simmer until the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
  7. Add the green string beans and cook until they are tender but still crisp, about 5 minutes.
