Healthyfied Fresh Mushroomsoup

Ingredients

  • 0.25 tsp(s) Salt
  • 0.25 tsp ground, Pepper
  • 2 tsp (5g) (1/2 tsp= clove), Spice World
  • 3 cup (8 fl oz), Water - Municipal
  • 300 g Broccoli, raw
  • 300 g Cauliflower - Raw
  • 45 g Coconut Cream Powder (Correct)
  • 500 g Button
  • 60 g Capsicum Green
  • 75 g Red

Instructions

  1. Rinse the button mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, and green capsicum under cold water.
  2. Chop the button mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, and green capsicum into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large pot, bring 3 cups of water to a boil.
  4. Add the chopped vegetables and garlic (Spice World) to the boiling water, and simmer for 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in the coconut cream powder, salt, and ground pepper, and continue to simmer for another 5 minutes.
