Ingredients
- 0.12 teaspoon Salt
- 0.12 tsp ground, Pepper
- 0.50 cup chopped, Cabbage, raw
- 1 large Egg
- 100 g Tomatoes
Instructions
- Chop the cabbage into fine pieces.
- Dice the tomatoes into small cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the egg and then season with salt and ground pepper.
- Add the chopped cabbage and diced tomatoes to the egg mixture and stir until well combined.
- Preheat the takoyaki pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil.
- Pour the batter into the takoyaki pan holes, filling them three-quarters full. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Use a skewer to turn each ball. Continue cooking until the exterior is golden brown and crispy, about 5 more minutes.
- Serve the flourless takoyaki hot, garnished with your favorite healthy toppings.
