Healthyfied Dynamite

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
  • 10 g Red bell pepper
  • 25 g Cheese
  • 5 medium paper, Rice Paper Wrapper
  • 5 pepper Green Hot Chili Pepper Raw
  • 50 g Pork, fresh, ground, cooked

Instructions

  1. Slice the green hot chili peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds carefully to prepare them for stuffing.
  2. Grate the cheese and finely chop the red bell pepper.
  3. Mix the cooked ground pork with grated cheese and chopped red bell pepper.
  4. Stuff each green chili pepper half with the pork, cheese, and bell pepper mixture.
  5. Take the rice paper wrappers and dip them briefly in water to make them pliable.
  6. Wrap the stuffed green chili peppers in the softened rice paper wrappers, sealing the edges to keep the filling inside.
  7. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  8. Cook the wrapped peppers in the melted butter for about 6-8 minutes, or until the rice paper is crispy and golden brown, turning them occasionally to ensure even cooking.
