- 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
- 10 g Red bell pepper
- 25 g Cheese
- 5 medium paper, Rice Paper Wrapper
- 5 pepper Green Hot Chili Pepper Raw
- 50 g Pork, fresh, ground, cooked
Instructions
- Slice the green hot chili peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds carefully to prepare them for stuffing.
- Grate the cheese and finely chop the red bell pepper.
- Mix the cooked ground pork with grated cheese and chopped red bell pepper.
- Stuff each green chili pepper half with the pork, cheese, and bell pepper mixture.
- Take the rice paper wrappers and dip them briefly in water to make them pliable.
- Wrap the stuffed green chili peppers in the softened rice paper wrappers, sealing the edges to keep the filling inside.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Cook the wrapped peppers in the melted butter for about 6-8 minutes, or until the rice paper is crispy and golden brown, turning them occasionally to ensure even cooking.
