Ingredients
- 0.25 cup Soy milk
- 1 regular Cucumber
- 2 packet Stevia In the Raw
- 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt, Plain, Whole, 3.25%
- 5 berry Strawberry
Instructions
- Wash the cucumber and strawberries under cold water.
- Slice the cucumber into smaller pieces.
- Add the sliced cucumber, soy milk, Stevia In the Raw, strawberries, and Greek yogurt into a blender.
- Blend on high speed for about 2 minutes or until smooth.
- Pour the shake into glasses and enjoy immediately.
