Healthyfied Cucumber Strawberry Yogurt Shake

Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup Soy milk
  • 1 regular Cucumber
  • 2 packet Stevia In the Raw
  • 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt, Plain, Whole, 3.25%
  • 5 berry Strawberry

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber and strawberries under cold water.
  2. Slice the cucumber into smaller pieces.
  3. Add the sliced cucumber, soy milk, Stevia In the Raw, strawberries, and Greek yogurt into a blender.
  4. Blend on high speed for about 2 minutes or until smooth.
  5. Pour the shake into glasses and enjoy immediately.
