Ingredients

  • 0.25 tsp(s) Salt
  • 0.25 tsp ground, Pepper
  • 0.33 cup(s) Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 10 g Butter - Unsalted
  • 10 g Garlic, raw
  • 140 ml Sterilized full cream milk
  • 2 tablespoon Oil - Olive
  • 20 g Spinach - Raw
  • 500 g Salmon Fillets
  • 80 g Original
  • 80 g Raw Red Spinach

Instructions

  1. Prepare all your ingredients: Rinse and dry the raw red and spinach. Mince the garlic. Measure out the milk, butter, salt, pepper, olive oil, parmesan cheese, and have the salmon fillets ready.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden and cooked through. This should take approximately 10 minutes. Transfer the salmon to a plate and cover to keep warm.
  3. In the same skillet, add the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Lower the heat, and slowly add the sterilized full cream milk to the skillet, stirring constantly. Then, stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce begins to thicken.
  5. Return the salmon fillets to the skillet, spooning the creamy garlic parmesan sauce over them. Continue to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the salmon to soak up the flavors of the sauce.
  6. Meanwhile, quickly sauté the red and raw spinach in a separate pan with a dash of olive oil, just until wilted, approximately 2-3 minutes.
