healthyfied chorizo sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Kewpie Mayo (Tbs)
  • 25 g Iberico
  • 72 g keto friendly bread

Instructions

  1. Slice the Iberico chorizo into thin slices.
  2. Toast the keto friendly bread until crispy and golden brown.
  3. Spread the Kewpie mayo evenly over one side of each slice of toasted bread.
  4. Layer the sliced Iberico chorizo on one of the slices of bread, mayo side up.
  5. Top the chorizo with the second slice of bread, mayo side down, to form a sandwich.
