- 25 g Iberico
- 72 g keto friendly bread
Instructions
- Slice the Iberico chorizo into thin slices.
- Toast the keto friendly bread until crispy and golden brown.
- Spread the Kewpie mayo evenly over one side of each slice of toasted bread.
- Layer the sliced Iberico chorizo on one of the slices of bread, mayo side up.
- Top the chorizo with the second slice of bread, mayo side down, to form a sandwich.
