Ingredients
- 1 tbsp (18 g), Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
- 13 g Garlic, raw
- 141 g Cauliflower - Raw
- 158 g Carrots, raw
- 169 g Chinese Cabbage - Pak-Choi (Pechay)
- 199 g Young Corn - Cut
- 2 tsp Black Pepper - Ground
- 203 g (3.5 oz.), White Beech Mushrooms
- 314 g Broccoli, raw
- 4 tsp Coconut Amino
- 54 g Red Onion
- 67 g Ground Beef
- 81 g Red
Instructions
- Rinse the Cauliflower, Carrots, Chinese Cabbage (Pak-Choi), Red Onion, Red Bell Pepper, Broccoli, Young Corn under cold water.
- Chop the cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, and young corn into bite-sized pieces. Slice the Chinese cabbage, red onion, and red bell pepper.
- Mince the garlic.
- In a large pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic to the beef and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Stir in the white beech mushrooms, cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, and young corn, cooking for 5 minutes.
- Add the sliced pak-choi, red onion, and red bell pepper to the pan, cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Season the chopseuy with coconut amino, black pepper, and oyster sauce. Stir well and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
