Healthyfied Chicken Sandwich Filling
Ingredients
- 28g white onion
- 250g chicken breast
- 1/2 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 35g kewpie mayo
Steps
- Boil the chicken breast for 15-20min, set aside then shred
- Dice the white onion and sauté it until it turns brown
- Mix in the chicken, kewpie mayo, coconut amino, salt, pepper and onions
- Serve as part of salad or on its own
