Ingredients

  • 0.06 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 0.25 tsp , Cajun Seasoning
  • 0.50 cup Mixed vegetables, frozen
  • 1 tbls Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Basil, fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, unsalted
  • 250 g Shrimp

Instructions

  1. Prepare your vegetables by rinsing the mixed vegetables under cold water to thaw.
  2. Peel and devein the shrimp, ensuring they're ready for cooking.
  3. In a bowl, mix the tomato ketchup, salt, ground black pepper, basil, and Cajun seasoning. Stir until well combined.
  4. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss them in the seasoning mix until they are evenly coated.
  5. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the seasoned shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes.
