- 0.25 tsp , Cajun Seasoning
- 0.50 cup Mixed vegetables, frozen
- 1 tbls Tomato Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Basil, fresh
- 2 tablespoon Butter, unsalted
- 250 g Shrimp
Instructions
- Prepare your vegetables by rinsing the mixed vegetables under cold water to thaw.
- Peel and devein the shrimp, ensuring they're ready for cooking.
- In a bowl, mix the tomato ketchup, salt, ground black pepper, basil, and Cajun seasoning. Stir until well combined.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss them in the seasoning mix until they are evenly coated.
