Ingredients

- 130 g Red
- 2 large Egg
- 250 g Pork, fresh, ground, raw
- 296 g Eggplant, raw
- 30 g Carrots, raw
- 300 g Cabbage, raw
- 400 g Silken Tofu
Instructions
- Rinse and finely shred the cabbage. Cut the eggplant and carrots into thin strips. Crumble the silken tofu.
- Whisk the eggs in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the shredded cabbage, eggplant strips, crumbled tofu, shredded carrot, ground pork, salt, and ground black pepper to the bowl with the whisked eggs. Mix well.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Take spoonfuls of the mixture and form them into small rolls. Cook in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown and the pork is fully cooked, about 8 minutes.
