Healthyfied Cabbage Pancake

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 150 g Green cabbage
  • 2 medium Egg

Instructions

  1. Chop the green cabbage into thin strips.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
  3. Add the chopped cabbage to the beaten eggs and mix until the cabbage is evenly coated.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Pour the cabbage and egg mixture into the pan, spreading it out to form a large pancake, about 10 minutes.
  6. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then carefully flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
